Delete Your Data
We respect your right to privacy. Here's how you can completely remove all your data from CryptoJournal24.
1 Delete Your Account Through the App
The easiest way to delete all your data is directly through the application:
- Log in to your CryptoJournal24 account at cryptojournal24.com
- Navigate to your Profile Settings from the sidebar or user menu
- Scroll down to the "Account Management" section
- Click on the "Delete Account" button
- Confirm your decision when prompted
Warning: This action is irreversible. Once your account is deleted, all your trading data, insights, and personal information will be permanently removed from our systems.
2 Request Deletion via Email
If you cannot access your account or prefer assistance, you can request data deletion by contacting our support team:
- Send an email to filip.trajkovski@cryptojournal24.com
- Use the subject line: "Data Deletion Request"
- Include the email address associated with your account
- Our team will process your request within 30 days
Note: For security purposes, we may ask you to verify your identity before processing the deletion request.
3 What Data Will Be Deleted?
When you request complete data deletion, the following information will be permanently removed:
- Account Information: Your email, username, and profile settings
- Trading Data: All logged trades, including entry/exit prices, leverage, and notes
- Analytics Data: Performance metrics, win rates, and equity curve data
- Insights: All AI-generated insights and alerts based on your trading patterns
- Import History: Records of any imported CSV files from Binance or other exchanges
- Session Data: Active sessions, refresh tokens, and authentication records
4 Important Notes
- Data deletion is permanent and cannot be undone
- Backup copies may remain in our systems for up to 30 days before being fully purged
- Aggregated, anonymized statistical data may be retained for analytics purposes
- If you have an active subscription, please cancel it before deleting your account
